‘Seeing Flowers’ is an invitation to share in Ruth’s experience of discovering ethereal beauty, elegance and intricacy in photographing flowers; an invitation to see the flowers as transformed through her artistic vision and the interaction of the subject with the camera lens.
Through the addition of elements of installation art, Ruth seeks to accentuate appreciation of the flowers and create a space exuding harmony and tranquility; an alternative garden setting for the enjoyment of the public.

These photos of Spanish urban landscapes - streets and squares, architecture and emblematic buildings - are some of those captured during the years we lived in Spain.
Caught in a moment of time, from a certain angle or perspective, or in a particular light, these cityscapes have been transformed through our camera lenses and imaginations into representations of themselves, into the images that comprise this exhibition.
